For salespeople, only by possessing these luxuries can they be truly admirable. 1. Conscientiousness A person who is conscientious often possesses a trait: rigor. Under this trait, we can move towards better directions and higher goals. If you can do your best at work, you will no longer feel it is hard. If you master this secret, you hold the key to success. 2. Self-motivation The nature of sales determines that it is a job constantly faced with customer rejection and setbacks, with failures far outnumbering successes. Those with weak self-motivation will lose the courage and determination to continue after repeated failures and setbacks. Conversely, those with strong self-motivation become more resilient, viewing failure as a motivating factor and working harder to develop customers. At the same time, those with strong self-motivation see closing deals as their mission, gaining a sense of achievement from conquering customers and proving their worth through transactions. 3. Building Confidence The connotation of a marketer's confidence can be summarized in four sentences: First, believe in the company you work for. Second, believe in the product you sell. Third, believe in your boss. Fourth, believe in yourself. 4. Substance In life, you will go to many places and meet many people, constantly learning about different cultures and conversing with various individuals. In this process, you must continuously enrich yourself, and in the end, you will find that you know so much more. Sales elites are experts in their products, services, solutions, and their industry and market. They not only know their own products and services but also understand competitors, the market, customer needs, and their customers' customers. Customers prefer to deal with experts, not just salespeople. 5. Diligence The sales industry generally believes that a salesperson must visit 30 customers before one may close a deal. No wonder Japan's sales god, Yoshiaki原一平, said, "There are no secrets to sales; only walk more and run more than others." The soul of a salesperson has only two words: "Diligence!" 6. Sense of Responsibility Clearly understand your mission and strive for it. 7. Principles When faced with temptation, stick to your bottom line, do not follow the crowd, and do not give up. 8. Resilience For the needs of life and work, we must have an indomitable will to overcome various difficulties and bravely pursue the joy of work and the value of life. If you become unmotivated or give up due to a little difficulty at work, criticism from leaders, or minor setbacks in life, you will accomplish nothing or even be crushed by difficulties. At such times, you need resilience and persistence to cross the painful period, and a bright future awaits. Do not be restless or complacent; instead, settle down, get to work, and do yourself well. Have the determination and courage to complete tasks, never avoid problems, never retreat from setbacks, never give up halfway, and never waver in your beliefs. Once you set a goal, no matter how difficult, never give up, never admit defeat, and have the spirit of a wolf. Have the tenacity to not give up until you reach the Yellow River, and not stop until you achieve your goal. Human effort can accomplish anything; with resilience, the chance of success greatly increases. 9. Independence A philosopher once said, "A person's happiness depends on the degree to which he can be independent of the world." This contains profound wisdom. Often, independence means fully bearing necessary responsibilities; those who can use their abilities to bear responsibilities are relatively more confident. A person who cannot be independent often becomes a burden to others, and no one likes burdens. How can a disliked person be confident? Confident people know a simple truth: you are you, and others are others; your own affairs are done by yourself, and your own responsibilities are borne by yourself. Rejection, setbacks, and performance pressure are common problems for salespeople. A salesperson's independence can help them better break through obstacles, learn from setbacks, and generate stronger internal drive to face higher challenges. 10. Integrity If you cannot do something, do not say it; if you say it, work hard to do it. Deception and boasting only make people dislike you. After reading the above, do you have a new definition of luxury? Which of the above do you possess? Which ones do you need to improve starting now? I believe that once you master most of these principles, you will have laid a solid foundation for your future career development, won broader development space for yourself, and created more benefits for your company.
