1 If you work hard enough, you can become a 'spiritual soul' Every company and every community needs more than one 'soul figure.' Among users, you need to cultivate souls who match the website's temperament and positively influence your brand. In a company, you need to cultivate souls within assets and projects. The more such people there are, the better the company can develop. What does a 'spiritual soul' in a company need to possess? The answer is traits. Traits are essentially what's in your bones. How strong your 'little universe' is determines how far you can take things. This includes responsibility, attitude, attention to detail, resilience and persistence, adversity quotient, decisiveness, values, and so on. Some of these are innate, but most can be cultivated. If you use the iceberg model to distinguish, you'll find these are mostly below the surface, requiring long-term honing. But many people try to bypass this stage because we all crave smooth sailing. Many people change jobs frequently; such people will never achieve great things. I said I'm willing to spend 10 years honing myself, enduring any grievance, hardship, or misunderstanding, forsaking the temptation of money, to accumulate what's below the iceberg, in exchange for the next 10 or 20 years of my life. Many people say I'm foolish, but I believe the foolish will eventually have foolish luck. 2 The relationship between you, the company, and colleagues Everyone wants to go to a good company that can accumulate the best chips for their future. Life is about choices, and opportunities often pass in a flash. The key is not to regret (though regret is useless). Many people, in constant choosing and job-hopping, completely lose themselves. Actually, no matter which company you go to, even if it's the worst, as long as you're attentive enough, you can learn many useful things. For the indifferent, it's the same everywhere. We're all looking for an endpoint, but we never know where it is. Instead, it's better to improve yourself. A great company can indeed give you a halo, but that doesn't mean you're great. You must settle down in a company for three or four years and not waste yourself. What do employers value most? They value the inner things you've accumulated at previous companies, not what you usually do, but what achievements you've made, what resources you have, your growth trajectory in the company, and what you've brought to the company. After leaving this company, what do you have left? Many people are pitiful. Society is too impetuous now; too many people complain about their company and their leaders. Complaining is futile; they won't change because of your complaints, at least not in essence. On this issue, I give six words: either endure, or leave. There are no perfect people in this world, and companies are the same. You need to understand what you truly need in this company. If it's worth digging, dig deep. If you love it, love deeply. Leaders are the same; they became your leaders because they have strengths. Learn from their good qualities. If you think it's not okay, then find another way. 3 The older you get, the more experiences you have, the more important your mindset becomes I've also been extremely arrogant. About three and a half years ago, I thought I was really awesome. I built my own team and achieved decent results. Later, I suffered many losses and understood many things. Gradually, my mindset became more peaceful. Life is a university; many things you can never understand. We always need to learn, including human nature. In this world, there are many people better than you. Don't be too harsh on others, and don't force everyone to be like you. 4 Be grateful to your team, users, and those who have helped you People should know gratitude. Regarding the team, I've learned a lot from them over the years. Many people have helped me, including my boss, who promoted me when I was most distressed and hesitant. I've been with him the longest. People who know gratitude will more fully unleash their potential and devote themselves to work. You need to constantly update your thinking and expand your horizons. The world changes too fast; you could be eliminated at any time. Actually, I'm grateful for this realization. I'm never satisfied with my current knowledge; I always learn and accept new things related to work. At first glance, I've done many varied things, but gradually you'll find that the logic of doing things is universal. The size of your horizons determines the size of things you can do. The broader your perspective, the higher you'll stand above others. If you have the ability to access or learn something, learn a bit more; it's harmless and beneficial. 5 Start with small things, start with details. 'If you don't sweep a room, how can you sweep the world?' The story of the oil seller tells us that practice makes perfect and knowledge comes from practice. Principles are always principles; if you don't act, they'll never enter your stomach. There are many people with high ambitions but low abilities. They do things halfway or just a little and then become complacent. There are also so-called 'smart people' who voice opinions before doing anything. I like pragmatic people; even if they're slow, I'll give them a few chances. People who nitpick details are often called stubborn, but they forget that work is composed of details. A good product is definitely refined through continuous practice, bit by bit, plus a bit of luck. 6 Learning to relieve worries and self-motivate may be more important I do complain too, after all, I'm a natural person. These years have indeed been tough, but they're self-inflicted; I can't blame others. To be honest, my efforts haven't brought me what I expected, at least not a good life. Only experience is more valuable. Ma Yun's so-called 'money not given' or 'heart wronged' is child's play. I've always relied on self-recognition to support myself. Maybe it's naive, meaning I have to give up many things. Actually, self-recognition and self-motivation have a fundamental purpose: to help you find confidence. I used to be very insecure. Self-recognition starts with small things. Even if you do a post better than others or think more thoroughly about a detail, you should cheer for yourself. Gradually, you'll find that many of your works surpass others. -END- The best FMCG distributor learning platform in China Focusing on providing professional, practical, and actionable tutorials for enterprises and distributors Committed to helping Chinese FMCG distributors grow rapidly The most professional and practical knowledge base in the FMCG industry Reply with the red number below to get corresponding content Reply with number 1 to view the complete knowledge base | 001 Excellent article selection | 002 Distributor market operations | 003 Terminal visit management | 004 Sales supervisor skills | 005 Sales improvement techniques | 006 Channel expansion | 007 Managing distributors | 008 Distributor development | 009 Distributor internal operations management | 010 Team management | 011 Efficient distribution techniques | 012 Sales manager's eighteen skills | 013 KA operation methods and strategies | 014 First lesson for new salespeople | 015 Internet, brands | [Long press QR code to follow] To join QQ/WeChat groups, click: Read original text
