Registration for iSEE AWARD, the largest and most recognized award in the food industry, is nearing its end, with over 900 brands including Pepsi, Mars, Mengniu, and Genki Forest already participating (data as of January 3).
iSEE AWARD was initiated by Foodaily in 2018, adhering to professionalism and authority, with the mission to "highlight the spirit of food innovation and let good products be seen by more people." It establishes two major awards: the iSEE Global Food Innovation Award and the iSEE Global Taste Award, to discover, honor, and promote innovation benchmarks and new Chinese flavors. Over four years of development, it has attracted over 1,000 brands and 3,000+ cases, including Coca-Cola, Mondelez, Yili, and Luckin Coffee.
Staying true to its original mission, iSEE AWARD 2023 has been significantly upgraded. Since the registration channel officially opened on November 9, 2022, participating brands have actively submitted their entries. Due to the impact of the pandemic, and after feedback from participating brands and deliberation by the iSEE organizing committee, the registration deadline for iSEE AWARD 2023 has been extended to February 8, 2023. We hope participating brands will make full preparations and arrangements in time to achieve excellent results on the industry's annual stage.
Highlights of iSEE AWARD 2023:
Beauty and taste through innovation: The "iSEE Global Taste Award" is officially launched: Together with 50+ top culinary masters and gourmets, including Chinese culinary master Li Yaoyun and Cai Lan, special program consultant for "A Bite of China," and combining international sensory evaluation standards with the traditional Chinese cultural elements of color, aroma, flavor, meaning, form, and nourishment, we aim to discover new Chinese flavors emerging in the Chinese market, honor top delicacies and the emotions and warmth behind them, create a food taste award with Eastern characteristics, and promote Chinese culture.
Design power empowers food innovation: The iSEE Global Food Innovation Award adds the "iSEE Design Innovation Award" category: We have specially invited Professor Wang Min, Chief Academic Officer of DIIS, professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and Tongji University, and former Dean of the School of Design at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, as Chairman of the Design Jury, and Professor Hai Jun from the Central Academy of Fine Arts as Secretary-General of the Design Jury, to jointly witness the power of design innovation in the food industry.
More frequent event promotion & media coverage, with continuously upgraded experience: We hope to provide an open perspective and stage, allowing food innovation to be seen by the industry, consumers, and the world. To this end, the iSEE Award will join participating brands at the Foodaily Innovation Expo, and through the B&C media matrix and partner media, we will reach professional users in industry, commerce, and venture capital, as well as consumers, through multiple channels.

iSEE Global Taste Award
The iSEE Global Taste Award (referred to as the iSEE Taste Award) was officially launched in 2022. It brings together top culinary masters and gourmets, combining international sensory evaluation standards with their understanding of taste and decades of experience, to discover and honor Chinese flavors in the new food era, providing authoritative certification and endorsement so that more consumers can see and taste top delicacies.

Starting from the award philosophy of "user experience," focusing on the essence of food, taste, and emotion, the iSEE Taste Award adopts a "star rating system" with 1-star to 5-star rating levels, and provides evaluation results through three stages: "preliminary review, secondary review, and final review."

iSEE Global Food Innovation Award
The iSEE Global Food Innovation Award (referred to as the iSEE Innovation Award) was officially launched in 2018. It focuses on innovation from a commercial ecosystem perspective, discovering and honoring innovative models in products, brands, technology, design, enterprises, and individuals globally. To date, it has attracted 1,046 brands and 3,106 cases to participate in the evaluation, making it the most recognized and largest comprehensive innovation award in the food industry. In addition to discovery and recognition, the iSEE Innovation Award hopes to join hands with industry forces to make food innovation visible to consumers and the world.
Award Categories
Adhering to the original intention of professionalism and authority, we hope to select the industry's annual innovation benchmarks through layers of screening, from the three major innovation categories of industry, commerce, and design under the six award categories. To this end, the iSEE Innovation Award has set up three stages: "preliminary review, secondary review, and final review." During the secondary review stage, the iSEE Innovation TOP List series is set for different award categories, representing outstanding innovation representatives that stand out in fierce competition and also representing the nomination qualification to enter the final review for the ultimate award. In the final review stage, we will select the ultimate award winners in each category.
