To Achieve the 100-Billion Goal, Yili and Mengniu Are Going All Out
As 2018 gave way to 2019, both Yili and Mengniu, China's two dairy giants, posted impressive results and made frequent moves. Both have set a '100-billion plan,' but they are taking different paths, with differences in industrial structure and overall corporate strategy becoming increasingly apparent.
