Review of China's Dairy Market in 2015
As 2015 draws to a close, compared with 2014, China's dairy industry experienced a year of weak market growth. Sales data for January-September 2015 show that total dairy production reached 20.4031 million tons, up 3.86% year-on-year; liquid milk output was 18.5079 million tons, up 4.03%. Sales of liquid milk reached 102.4 billion yuan, up 5.0%, with room-temperature products holding 73.4% market share and low-temperature products 24.3%.
