Jack Ma Speaks Again: The Term 'E-commerce' Will Be Eliminated! Alibaba Will Stop Using It from Next Year
At the Alibaba Cloud Computing Conference on October 13, Jack Ma stated that e-commerce has not impacted traditional commerce but is merely a ferry that will soon be obsolete. He announced that Alibaba will no longer use the term 'e-commerce' starting next year, and introduced five new trends: New Retail, New Manufacturing, New Finance, New Technology, and New Resources.
