On November 19, the fifth B-end e-commerce study tour, hosted by New Distribution, officially kicked off in Tangshan. Over 120 distributor friends from across the country joined us to visit five B-end e-commerce platforms: Tangshan Huiwangxing, Beiquan, Tianjin Tongying Tianxia, Beijing Quanshihui, and Zhongke Shangruan. Together, we discussed the development and future of the industry in the internet era, as well as how distributors can embrace internet trends and find their own "FMCG + Internet" models. Tangshan Stop -- Huiwangxing On the afternoon of November 19, distributor friends arrived at Huirong Commercial Logistics Park under the warm reception of General Manager Li. Tangshan Huiwangxing Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd. is a commercial circulation enterprise dedicated to trading and logistics, with an annual turnover of 300 million yuan. Chairman Li Guojie shared his insights and experiences with the attending distributors. Since 2014, Huiwangxing has been exploring and building an FMCG e-commerce platform. Now, Huirong Logistics, in conjunction with Best Cloud Warehouse, has forged a new path that serves both traditional offline commercial circulation enterprises and e-commerce enterprises—a model well worth learning from. General Manager Li shared Huiwangxing's business journey with everyone. Editor-in-Chief Zhao Bo of New Distribution shared 20 pieces of advice on B2B distributor internet transformation. During the tour, General Manager Li enthusiastically answered questions from distributor friends. On the evening of November 19, we were honored to invite Mr. Ma Xingqiang, a researcher on distributor topics, to share insights on internal equity design for distributors. Mr. Ma's sharing was innovative in perspective and simple to implement, encouraging distributors to improve management through reasonable equity design. Although the topic was about equity systems, it sparked high interest and received unanimous praise. Tangshan Stop -- Beiquan On November 20, with the warm reception of Beiquan, distributor friends visited two Beiquan demonstration stores. During the visit, everyone was highly engaged, communicating with Beiquan staff and store owners to understand the entire convenience store operation and management model. At the meeting, General Manager Wu of Beiquan shared Beiquan's growth path and innovative model. The fundamental reason Beiquan's "Internet + Convenience Store" model was able to rapidly expand nationwide in just over two years is that it is truly "Internet + convenience store," not simply adding the internet as an additional sales channel. Although the sharing lasted only two hours, everyone listened attentively and gained a lot. During the session, a partner of Beiquan's Tangshan company shared the project implementation experience, providing methods and references for distributors' transformation. Tianjin Stop -- Tongying Tianxia After finishing the Beiquan activity, everyone traveled to Tianjin that evening with undiminished enthusiasm. Despite the tight schedule and inevitable fatigue from continuous visits, no one fell behind. The cold weather could not stop our forward steps and thirst for knowledge. Everyone was in high spirits, actively participating and cooperating with the arrangements. Thumbs up! After a night's rest, on November 21, we were warmly received by Tongying Tianxia and arrived at the Tianjin headquarters of Tongying Youcai. Mr. Gong Yanbin, founder of Tongying Youcai, provided an in-depth introduction to the background, market size, profit model, and future layout of the Tongying Youcai catering ingredients supply chain service platform. This sharing was Mr. Gong's first public presentation of the Tongying Youcai model. His down-to-earth language and in-depth analysis gave distributor friends a shot in the arm. Although Tongying Youcai focuses on the catering ingredients industry, Mr. Gong's sharing specifically addressed the characteristics of the traditional FMCG industry, explaining the differences between FMCG B2B platforms and ingredients B2B, which broadened the thinking of the attending distributors and won unanimous praise. After the meeting, distributor friends had in-depth communication with the Tongying Youcai project team. Beijing Stop -- Quanshihui Carrying the rich insights from Tianjin, we arrived at the final stop of this tour—Beijing. After arriving in Beijing on the evening of November 21 and resting overnight, everyone looked forward to the Beijing leg with a thirst for B-end knowledge and some lingering questions about B-end operating models. On the morning of November 22, Miao Dong, Vice President of Quanshi and General Manager of Beijing Quanshihui Technology Development Co., Ltd., along with core department executives, shared insights on future trends in the retail industry, channel upgrades, information upgrades, financial upgrades, and e-commerce interconnection. Quanshi, as a leader in the domestic retail industry, impressed everyone with its mature systems and models, comprehensive business philosophies, and supporting facilities, earning applause and admiration. After lunch, with the warm arrangements of Quanshihui staff, the study tour group set off again! This time, we also visited two Quanshi renovated convenience stores and a warehouse. Because there were so many visitors, the small store was packed. A customer in the store asked me in surprise, "What are you all taking photos of? Is some big star here?" Haha! That's not wrong—our study tour friends are stars in their respective fields! On the evening of the 22nd, after a day of visits, everyone was still eager for more. Under the organization of Editor-in-Chief Zhao Bo, the study tour friends gathered for a salon discussion. During the salon, first, everyone introduced themselves and exchanged business cards or contact information, deepening mutual impressions and communication. Second, focusing on several central themes of current B-end platform development, everyone discussed and shared their views. Finally, each person raised a confusion, and others helped answer. Although the salon lasted only two hours, everyone gained a lot. Beijing Stop -- Zhongke Shangruan On November 23, we welcomed the final platform of this trip—Zhongke Shangruan. Beijing Zhongke Shangruan Software Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise internet platform service provider in China's retail industry, specializing in providing information platforms for FMCG and retail industries. In the morning, Mr. Hu Xiaoyin, founder of Zhongke Shangruan, deeply analyzed the new normal of "FMCG + Internet." As a technology-output company, Zhongke Shangruan continuously improves its software technology and has a comprehensive system platform. Mr. Wang Shenbing, another founder of Zhongke Shangruan, also demonstrated their B2B and B2C platforms, along with platform operation and experience sharing. In the afternoon, founders and brand directors from Tao Daqing, Duolaibao, and Quanshihui shared their cooperation with Zhongke Shangruan and their transformation journeys. For distributors who want to build their own platforms, Zhongke Shangruan can provide a complete set of technology platforms. Their solid technology and professional services won unanimous praise. After the meeting, many distributor friends decided to change their train and flight tickets to stay an extra night, just to further understand and cooperate with Zhongke Shangruan. From the 19th to the 23rd, the five-day B-end e-commerce study tour concluded successfully! Throughout the journey, everyone followed us through travel fatigue, braving the cold wind to shuttle between small stores and warehouses, with no one complaining. This shows the determination of our distributors to embrace the internet and transform! We believe this tour has given everyone a clearer understanding of B-end e-commerce and a more accurate direction for their own transformation. New Distribution would like to express our gratitude:
