One day, the lock complained to the key: "I work hard every day guarding the owner's door, but the owner likes you and takes you along every day." The key also complained: "You stay at home comfortably, how easy! I follow the owner every day, exposed to sun and rain, how hard!"

Once, the key wanted to experience the lock's comfortable life, so it hid itself secretly. When the owner returned home and couldn't find the key to unlock, he angrily smashed the lock and threw it into the trash. After entering the house, the owner found the key and said angrily: "The lock is smashed, what use are you now?" With that, he threw the key into the trash too.

Meeting in the trash, the lock and key sighed: "Today we end up so miserably because in the past, instead of cooperating in our respective roles, we were jealous and suspicious of each other!"

Often, relationships between people are mutual; mutual bickering and fighting only lead to mutual destruction. Only by cooperating and working as a team can we prosper together!

A team must have five basic elements: trust, prudence, communication, empathy, and happiness.

1. Communication A fierce war broke out between a lion and a tiger, and in the end, both were badly hurt. As the lion was dying, it said to the tiger: "If you hadn't insisted on taking my territory, we wouldn't have ended up like this." The tiger said in surprise: "I never thought of taking your territory; I always thought you were going to invade me!"

Point: Mutual communication is a key element in maintaining relationships between colleagues and bosses. Don't keep things bottled up; communicate more with colleagues and employees, and let them understand you, which can avoid many unnecessary misunderstandings and conflicts.

2. Trust Two birds lived together. The male bird collected a full nest of nuts for the female to store. Due to dry weather, the nuts shrank, and the nest looked only half full. The male bird thought the female had eaten them, so he pecked her to death. A few days later, after several rains, the air became humid, and the nuts swelled back to a full nest. The male bird regretted deeply: "I wronged the female!"

Point: Bosses and colleagues should trust each other; many happy and united teams are destroyed by suspicion and doubt. So, maintain trust in colleagues and employees, and don't let suspicion ruin the team.

3. Prudence Two crows were cursing each other in a tree. They got more and more intense, and finally, one crow picked up something and threw it at the other. The object broke upon hitting the other crow, and the throwing crow realized that what it had thrown was one of its own unhatched eggs.

Point: Stay calm when encountering things, especially problems and conflicts. Keep rational and don't act impulsively. Impulse not only fails to solve problems but makes them worse, and in the end, the whole team suffers.

4. Empathy A lamb invited a dog for a meal. It prepared a table of fresh grass, but the dog barely ate two bites and couldn't eat anymore. A few days later, the dog invited the lamb. The dog thought: "I can't be as stingy as the lamb; I must treat it with the most sumptuous feast." So the dog prepared a table of fine ribs, but the lamb couldn't eat a single bite.

Point: Sometimes, what you desire, don't impose on others. Don't force your ideas on colleagues. When problems arise, practice empathy and think from the other's perspective. This way, you'll better understand colleagues and employees.

5. Happiness A piglet started learning to make cakes, but the cakes never tasted good. It asked the rooster master. The rooster thought and asked what ingredients it used. The piglet said, to avoid waste, it used eggs that were about to go bad. The rooster said: "Remember, only with good ingredients can you make good cakes."

Point: Yes, only with good ingredients can you make good cakes. Similarly, only with a happy mood can you build a happy team. So, before entering the door, throw away all your worries and bring a smiling face. If all teams do this, then that team will surely be the happiest.
