He also expressed gratitude for the attention, encouragement, and policy support from the Qingdao municipal government during the project implementation, and expressed confidence that Huimin's dual-core operation will serve as a demonstration of smart supply chain integration and innovation for Qingdao and the whole country.

In the subsequent speech, Li Hongbing, Mayor of Chengyang District, Qingdao, first extended warm congratulations on Zhongshang Huimin's settlement in Chengyang District, and gave high praise to the Huimin model, summarizing it as "conducive to leveraging the supply chain location advantages of Chengyang District, Qingdao" and "fully implementing the Huimin model in Chengyang District."
