The CFDA issued an announcement (No. 66 of 2017) on its official website regarding the release of the "Technical Guidelines for Labeling Standards for Infant Formula Product Formula Registration (Trial)". According to the announcement, to pass formula registration, product names should not include words such as "gold", "super", or "upgraded". Additionally, "brain-boosting" and "probiotics" cannot be used as product names. Terms like "maternal", "maternal love", and "bionic" are listed as "other misleading words" and are also prohibited.
