Bianlifeng store managers generally hold biweekly meetings, with a major iteration every two weeks. The internal learning and communication software sends SOPs almost daily as learning tasks, and a dedicated department conducts assessments.
"Our operations head once said that if a store manager misses work during an iteration peak, they may fall behind in a few days," an insider said.
